Use of this website

This website is provided by InternetDean for informational purposes and for contacting us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the chat or contact features to send unlawful or abusive content.

Quotes and projects

Work we deliver for you is governed by the individual quote or agreement we issue for that project. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement: quotes are valid for 14 days, payment follows the milestones agreed in the quote, and timelines start once we receive the content and approvals we need from you.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to reuse generic components, know-how and lessons learned, and - unless you ask us not to - to mention the project in our portfolio. Website content, brand names and trademarks shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners.

Warranty and liability

We correct defects in our deliverables reported within 30 days of handover at no charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant project. This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Third-party links

Our site links to client websites and third-party services (for example Google Maps). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page.
